These Terms govern use of the internal marketing analytics application at https://cms.maxgroup.live (the "Service") provided by MaxGroup.
The Service is a private, internal tool for authorized staff of MaxGroup only. You must have valid credentials and only connect advertising accounts that you are authorized to access. You agree not to use the Service to access data you do not own or manage.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate the terms of any connected third-party platform (Google Ads, AdMob, etc.).
You are responsible for the API credentials you connect. The Service reads reporting data read-only and does not modify your advertising accounts.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metrics are estimates sourced from third-party APIs and may differ from those platforms' official figures. MaxGroup is not liable for decisions made based on the data.
