This Privacy Policy describes how MaxGroup ("we", "us") collects and uses data in our internal marketing analytics application available at https://cms.maxgroup.live (the "Service"). The Service is used by our own staff to analyze the performance of advertising accounts that our organization owns and operates.

1. Information we access

With authorization granted by the account owner via OAuth or API credentials, the Service reads advertising performance data — such as cost/spend, impressions, clicks, installs, conversions and revenue, broken down by campaign, date and country — from third-party advertising platforms including Google Ads, Google AdMob, AppsFlyer, Meta, TikTok, Unity and Mintegral. We access only reporting data for accounts we own or manage. We do not access personal contacts, email, files, or end-user personal information.

2. How we use the data

The data is aggregated into our private internal dashboard to evaluate ad spend, ROI and ROAS. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or any purpose other than our internal analytics.

3. Google API Services — Limited Use

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never transfer this data except as necessary to provide the features described below.

We use both read and write scopes, for two clearly separated purposes:

• Reporting (read-only) — Google Ads, AdMob and app-store reporting data is read and aggregated into our internal dashboard to evaluate ad spend, ROI and ROAS.
• Campaign and monetization management (write) — on accounts we own or are authorized to manage, the Service can create and edit campaigns, change budgets and bids, add negative keywords, pause or remove ads that a platform has disapproved, and create or edit ad units and mediation groups.

Write actions are performed only on accounts explicitly connected by an administrator. Bulk changes support a dry-run preview, sensitive automated actions require human approval, and every write is recorded in our internal audit log with the acting user. Automated optimization can be disabled per schedule.

4. Storage & security

Data and API credentials are stored on our own servers with restricted, role-based access. Credentials are write-only through our interface and are not displayed back, and are encrypted at rest. Access to reporting data is further restricted per user by app and by ad network.

5. Retention & deletion

We retain aggregated metrics only as long as needed for analysis. To request deletion of stored data or revocation of API access, contact us at support@maxgroup.live. You may also revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
