This Privacy Policy describes how MaxGroup ("we", "us") collects and uses data in our internal marketing analytics application available at https://cms.maxgroup.live (the "Service"). The Service is used by our own staff to analyze the performance of advertising accounts that our organization owns and operates.
With authorization granted by the account owner via OAuth or API credentials, the Service reads advertising performance data — such as cost/spend, impressions, clicks, installs, conversions and revenue, broken down by campaign, date and country — from third-party advertising platforms including Google Ads, Google AdMob, AppsFlyer, Meta, TikTok, Unity and Mintegral. We access only reporting data for accounts we own or manage. We do not access personal contacts, email, files, or end-user personal information.
The data is aggregated into our private internal dashboard to evaluate ad spend, ROI and ROAS. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or any purpose other than our internal analytics.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use read-only Google Ads / AdMob reporting scopes and never transfer this data except as necessary to provide our internal analytics features.
Data and API credentials are stored on our own servers with restricted, role-based access. Credentials are write-only through our interface and are not displayed back.
We retain aggregated metrics only as long as needed for analysis. To request deletion of stored data or revocation of API access, contact us at support@maxgroup.live. You may also revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
